About the Author
Shelly Locke is the Mother of two children.
She graduated USU in Family and Human Development and Social Work.
Shelly served as Young Mother of the Year for Utah in 2007.
As an intenational speaker, she has spoken at the World Congress of Families in Warsaw Poland and Amsterdam the Netherlands where she addressed international lawmakers on government policy that protects and promotes Motherhood and Families.
Shelly is the NGO representative to the United Nations for American Mothers Inc., standing for Motherhood at the Commission on the Status of Women in 2010 in New York.
Most recently, Shelly was invited to address the Federal Senate President and the State House of Representatives, General Assembly of Nigeria on these issues. During this time, she was also presented to their king and his court and spoke to them on the importance of Motherhood and supporting families in their policies.
